Seventh Lake is a great fishing spot for trout in the Adirondacks on the western border of Hamilton County.
The lake recieves annual stockings of landlocked salmon and has an abundance of rainbow trout and lake trout. Anglers can find smallmouth bass on the north shore's rocky shorelines.
There is a DEC launch on the southeastern side of Seventh Lake. Anglers can also travel from the neighboring Fouth Lake and Eighth Lake to reach the waters of Seventh Lake.
