The museum exhibits children's art from 42 countries along with interactive country installations with daily objects and hands-on activities. Artwork is loaned through its International Youth Art Exchange. Its country installations of Egypt, Japan, India and West Africa are also available.
The IACA World Awareness Children's Museum is located in the heart of downtown Glens Falls. Two miles East off Exit 18 on Interstate 87. The museum is located on the third floor at the side entrance of the Godnick's Building on Glen Street. The museum is accessible to the disabled. Hours of operation are September through June, Monday through Friday, 10:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. and Saturday 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M., July through August, Tuesday and Friday, 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Admission into the museum is $1.
