Editor's Note: As of Monday, March 16, at 10:00am, the 2020 NYS Maple Weekends have been cancelled. Individual sugarhouses will continue to produce, stock and market their excellent crop of Maple Products. Please contact them directly to order your favorite maple products.
Maple Weekend activities: Our popular pancake breakfast weekends are back! Explore the VIC sugar house (and sugar bush, if you are out on our trails) and enjoy homemade pancakes as we celebrate NYS Maple Weekends once again. All ages. Breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, orange juice, and coffee or tea. A trail pass and skis or snowshoes are required for use of the VIC trail system.
They also offer a one-hour Sustainable Sugar Production interpretive program three times a day each of the NYS Maple Weekends at 10am, 1pm, and 3pm. The program takes places inside and out; dress appropriately. Donations are appreciated.
Pancake breakfasts: $8 per person from 9:30am to 12pm or until supplies run out.
The full center is open for skiing, snowshoeing, and maple activities 9am to 5pm, sugar house tours 10am to 4pm.
