1. Trick-or-Treat on Safety Street

Plattsburgh
The Crete Civic Center will be transformed into a safe neighborhood where children can go from house to house and gather goodies without the worries of cars, strangers, or tainted candy. To speed things along, there will be two separate avenues for families to walk down.

Crown Point
Penfield Homestead Museum presents the 6th Annual Haunted Homestead! Scares begin at dusk, and children under 10 years of age will not be admitted.

Ticonderoga
HalloweenFest is a two-day celebration in Ticonderoga sponsored by the Ticonderoga Montcalm Street Partnership! Activities include trick-or-treating downtown, a haunted hallway at North Country Community College Ticonderoga, an outside movie, and more.
4. Fright Fest at The Great Escape
Friday, October 30 – Sunday, November 1
Lake George
Zombies and ghouls take over The Great Escape during the scariest Halloween celebration in the Northeast! This is the last weekend of the season to experience tricks and treats at the park.
Saturday, October 31
Wilmington
This free public event is a chance for local youth to trick-or-treat in a safe, indoor environment! More than 50 booths will be on hand to give out treats. Area businesses, organizations, and individuals sponsor this annual event.
