1. Forest View Benefit Gala 2016

View, a multi-arts center in Old Forge, is hosting its annual “Forest View” gala Friday evening. For those attending, the fundraiser will feature signature cocktails and a silent auction with items from local artists and businesses.

Tupper Lake
The Tupper Lake Warrior Run is a tough 3.5 mile obstacle course race up mountainous terrain at the Big Tupper Ski Area. Registration is open through July 16, and the Warrior Run Music Festival will take place after the race.
3. U.S. Water Ski Show Team and Cardboard Float-Off in Long Lake

At the Long Lake Town Beach, the 2011 Eastern Regional Water Ski Champions will perform pyramids, jumps, and stunts. During the day, there will also be a Cardboard Box Float-Off for kids.

Newcomb
Stop by the Town of Newcomb for its annual SummerFest celebration. Along with the town-wide garage sale, there will be games and activities, arts and crafts vendors, and beer tasting by Adirondack Beverages. The 5th annual Rubber Loon Race will occur at 3:00PM.
5. 47th Arts and Crafts Fair in Schroon Lake

Schroon Lake
Over 100 vendors will be featured at the 47th Arts and Crafts Fair in Schroon Lake. The event will take place at the Town Park, and there will also be live music and a silent auction.
6. Adirondack Loon and Trails Center Opening Day

Saranac Lake
The Adirondack Loon and Trails Center, located in Saranac Lake, will have an Opening Day event on July 16. This new environmental education center is the place to go to learn about loons, and on Opening Day, you’ll be able to enjoy prizes, music, kid’s activities, and more.
7. 40th Annual Inlet’s Art In The Park

Inlet
Located at Arrowhead Park in Inlet, the 40th Annual Art In The Park will feature artisans and craftsmen selling paintings, rustic furniture, pottery, and other handmade goods.

Port Henry
In celebration of the mysterious lake monster known as Champ, Port Henry will host a variety of events on July 17. Don’t miss all the activities, vendors, live music and the Antique and Classic Boat Club Rendezvous!
