Adirondack Paddlefest 2018 – Friday, May 18 – Sunday, May 20
Hosted by Mountainman’s Paddlesports Shop in Old Forge, Adirondack Paddlefest is the largest on-water canoe, kayak, and stand-up paddle board sale in the region. There will be special show prices, savings on paddling accessories, demos, clinics, and more.
The “Otter” Paddlesports Event – Friday, May 18 – Sunday, May 20
As an alternative to the massive Adirondack Paddlefest, Frisky Otter Tours will host the “Otter” Paddlesports Event at The Woods Inn in Inlet. This weekend-long event will feature sales on new and used boats and accessories and offer customers an otterly unique experience.

19th Annual Ausable River Two-Fly Challenge – Friday, May 18 & Saturday, May 19
The annual Ausable River Two-Fly Challenge was established to celebrate the joy of fishing in the Adirondacks. This fun weekend of fishing will take place on the Ausable River in the Whiteface Mountain region.
New York/Vermont Champlain Bridge Run 5K – Saturday, May 19
Head to the shores of Lake Champlain in Crown Point this Saturday for the 7th Annual New York-Vermont Champlain Bridge Run 5K! The fast and exciting course will take runners from the Samuel de Champlain Lighthouse to the shore, under the bridge, and then back to the historic site.
