Athletes compete on the world’s toughest track for the IBSF North America’s Cup in Lake Placid. Women compete on Friday, men on Saturday.

You can participate in the Great Backyard Bird Count by simply counting and reporting on the birds you see for as little as 15 minutes on one of the four days of the event.

Lake George is looking at another exciting weekend of carnival fun. Events slated for this weekend include a chowder cook off, a hot chocolate bar, sanctioned motorcycle and ATV races, and more.
