Construction on a motor vehicle, camping and waterway access road for people with disabilities was recently wrapped up in the Essex Chain Lakes (specifically, Fifth Lake).
The area is open to anyone with a MAPPWD – Motorized Access Permit for People with Disabilities from NYS DEC. Call the number below to reserve a parking space.
