Field and Forest Trail is an easy hike, about 2.5 miles, that goes over an old beaver dam.
The trailhead is shared with Bobcat Trail at the end of Ferris Road.
As you enter the forest, take the left fork, cross an old beaver dam, and go through the forests and fields to the Boquet River Trailhead.
