Although the museum is closed for the season, Adirondack Experience’s store will be open on Saturday during their ADKXmas Holiday Event. From 10:00am-5:30pm, visitors will be able to take part in festive activities, browse vendors and unique gifts, and more. It’s a great way to get some of your holiday shopping done.
Do some early holiday shopping at the Sparkle Village Arts & Crafts Fair in Saranac Lake. The event will be held on Friday and Saturday at the Harrietstown Town Hall. On Friday, stick around the community until 5:30pm for the Light Up Downtown Saranac Lake celebration, which will include a tree lighting and caroling.
Head over to Elizabethtown this Friday and enjoy the 63rd Annual Greens Tea, one of the region’s popular holiday traditions. This fun-filled event will feature good food, great company, and plenty of holiday shopping opportunities. All proceeds raised from the Greens Tea will benefit local emergency services.
On Saturday, Adirondack Folk School in Lake Luzerne will host a special Gifting the Adirondacks Holiday Fair, and whole community is invited! There will be holiday goodies and an amazing selection of items that would work great as holiday gifts. The fair will be open from 10:00am-3:00pm.

Ticonderoga’s annual holiday celebration is underway through the end of this weekend. Visit the community and enjoy a parade of lights, a holiday gift shop, SantaFest, and many more festive activities.
The holiday festival known as “Lights On In North Creek” returns once again! Stop by North Creek in the Adirondacks this weekend for a tree lighting, breakfast with Santa, a parade, and two days of holiday concerts.
The three-day long 29th Annual Christmas in Warrensburgh kicks off this Friday. This old-fashioned holiday celebration will feature church bazaars and cookie walks, a mini festival of trees, children’s activities, breakfast with Santa, discounts at local shops, and more.
Get in the holiday spirit and take a trip to Westport for their annual Christmas celebration. A wide variety of activities will be taking place throughout the community, such as visits with Santa, an indoor market, a fun run, ornament making, and more.
Planning to be in the Northern Adirondacks this Saturday? If so, then don’t miss out on the 3rd Annual Downtown Plattsburgh Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting. This community-wide celebration always attracts a large crowd of families in the downtown area, and this year, the parade will begin at 6:00pm.
