Memorial Day Weekend at the Silver Bay YMCA

The Silver Bay YMCA has a full lineup of events and activities going on all weekend long, beginning with an outdoor family night on Friday evening and ending with a morning hike and stretch on Monday morning. The schedule includes fireworks on Saturday night, and also Silver Spirit Boat Tours, as pictured above.
Memorial Day Weekend at Fort Ticonderoga
May 27 & 28
Fort Ticonderoga is the place to be on Memorial Day Weekend to dive into the historical significance of the holiday, as you literally walk the grounds where soldiers have fought. The weekend will include tours of the Fort, King’s Garden, and museum exhibition spaces, ongoing living history programs, Carillon boat cruises, and more.

Hague’s 20th annual Memorial Day Celebrate includes a parade, vendors, a chicken barbecue, bounce houses, and more fun for the whole family.

Adirondack Experience, the Museum on Blue Mountain Lake, opens for the season on Friday. Come explore over 20 buildings situated on 120 acres that overlook Blue Mountain Lake.

The annual Great Adirondack Garage Sale encompasses Old Forge, Raquette Lake, Long Lake, Indian Lake, Tupper Lake, Cranberry Lake, Blue Mountain Lake, Inlet, Piercefield, Newcomb, Piseco, and Speculator. You can expect to find anything from antiques to toys.
