IRONKIDS Lake Placid Fun Run or Dip-N-Dash

The IRONKIDS Fun Run offers young athletes the opportunity to feel the excitement of competition, without the pressure of a competitive race. At IRONKIDS it's all about the community, fun and future.

About this event

The IRONKIDS Fun Run offers young athletes the opportunity to feel the excitement of “competition”, without the pressure of a competitive race. At IRONKIDS it’s all about the community, fun and future!  Ages 0 years through 17 years are encouraged to participate in the fun run.

Ages 7-17 are encouraged to join us for the Dip-n-Dash which includes a 100m swim & a 1 mile run.

The Dip-n-Dash begins at 2 pm. The Fun Runs begin once the Dip-n-Dash has concluded.

Fun Run Distances: 

  • Toddler Trot (100 ft) - Ages 1-3
  • Half Mile - Ages 3-8
  • 1 mile - Ages 5-17

Dip-n-Dash registration: $50

Fun Run registration: $25
