IRONKIDS Lake Placid Fun Run or Dip-N-Dash

About this event

The IRONKIDS Fun Run offers young athletes the opportunity to feel the excitement of “competition”, without the pressure of a competitive race. At IRONKIDS it’s all about the community, fun and future!  Ages 0 years through 17 years are encouraged to participate in the fun run.

Ages 7-17 are encouraged to join us for the Dip-n-Dash which includes a 100m swim & a 1 mile run.

The Dip-n-Dash begins at 2 pm. The Fun Runs begin once the Dip-n-Dash has concluded.

Fun Run Distances: 

• Toddler Trot (100 ft) - Ages 1-3
• Half Mile - Ages 3-8
• 1 mile - Ages 5-17

Dip-n-Dash registration: $50

Fun Run registration: $25
