Paul Smith’s College is proud to present the opening of their new restaurant, The Palm! The new restaurant offers a wide variety of mouth-watering dishes.
The Palm is inspired by the legendary Palm Restaurants which are located all over the United States and are well respected for their great food and atmosphere.
The Palm has a beautiful wood-paneled dining room and offers a unique dining experience. On the campus of Paul Smith’s College in the Adirondacks, the restaurant features a menu that is cooked entirely by culinary students.
The menu offers things such as shrimp cocktail to New York Strip steak and everything in between for a very reasonable price.
The food will be cooked by the students in the Culinary Arts program and served by the students in the Hospitality Management program. These aspects are what make The Palm so unique.
Dinner will be served Friday-Saturday, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. throughout the summer. Seating is limited and reservations are required so call to make sure you get a chance to see these students in action!
