Rocky Falls is a small, 6-foot waterfall and lean-to on Indian Pass Brook near Heart Lake.
From Route 73, south of Lake Placid, turn right onto Adirondack Loj Road and follow it to the Heart Lake parking lot (there is a fee for parking). Take the Indian Pass Trail, which starts to the right of the parking lot, follows along the shore area of Heart Lake, then turns slightly and takes you further into the forest. At approximately 2 miles (45 minutes or so), there is a side trail that brings you to the Indian Pass Brook.
The round-trip to the falls is an easy 4.6-mile walk.
