About this event

Ten varieties of native pollinator-friendly plants can be bought for $12 each at the Adirondack Pollinator Project’s 5th Annual Plant Sale in Lake Placid. Pre-orders can be placed at AdkAction.org/plantsale to be picked up May 28th. On-site sales will also be available for all varieties that haven't sold out!

Each plant has been carefully sourced or grown from seed to ensure that they have never come in contact with neonicotinoids, a class of insecticides that are harmful to pollinators. This sale not only raises funds for pollinator conservation, but helps individuals across NY's North Country to create pollinator habitat vital to the monarch butterfly population, hummingbirds, and native bee and moth populations.
