1. Running Colors

Get ready for the most colorful, fun-filled day of the fall! Running Colors is a unique 3.1 mile run/walk that is focused less on speed and more on crazy color fun. Get blasted with powdered color as you travel through the course, and enjoy a color throwing party at the end!
2. Fall Trails Day at Heart Lake

High Peaks Region
Adirondack Mountain Club needs your help cleaning up leaves and other debris before the snow arrives! Volunteers will focus on eight different trails located in the High Peaks Region. Participants can camp for free in the ADK Wilderness Campground on Friday and Saturday nights if they pre-register!
3. Disappearing Nine Patch Quilt

Paul Smiths
Spend a day quilting in the Adirondacks! Learn to easily construct a quilt pattern with a complex appearance by piecing together quilt blocks made from simple nine-patch blocks. This is a great project for beginners or anyone who wants to create a quick and attractive quilt!

The brewfest will feature over 100 releases from some of America’s best craft breweries! Attendees will receive 3 hours of sampling and a souvenir sampling glass, plus live music, delicious food available for purchase, and great vendors.
5. Celtic Crafters’ Community Harvest Festival

Champlain
Browse the offerings of more than 50 crafters and vendors, take part in baking contests, and try your hand at a pumpkin carving contest! Bring the kids, as there will be free face painting, a bounce house, and games to enjoy.
