2. Ticonderoga Area North Country Christmas

Ticonderoga
This week-long holiday celebration kicks off with Black Friday specials on Friday and concludes with SantaFest on December 6th! Other highlights include a tree lighting ceremony, family book readings, a shopping and dining night, and holiday hay rides.
3. Thurman Country Christmas Bazaar

Athol
Local artisans and bakers will greet shoppers on Saturday with hand-knitted items, homemade candy, pure maple products, paper bead jewelry, baked goods, candles, jewelry, and much more. There will also be activities to keep the kids occupied!
4. Garnet Hill Lodge Nordic Open House

North River
Garnet Hill will be holding an open house on Saturday, featuring season pass purchase opportunities, equipment sales and tuneups, a meet and greet with Joe Pete, a waxing clinic, and more!
5. Canadian Pacific Holiday Train

The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train will be rolling through the region this weekend collecting monetary donations and food to help those in need this season. Head to one of the train’s stops to drop off your donations and see a great musical performance!
