1. Eat ADK Restaurant Week

Eat ADK Restaurant Week will continue to offer three-course dinner specials until the end of the weekend. Participating locations will have fixed price points of $15, $25, $35, or $55 meals.

Old Forge
The largest on-water canoe, kayak, and stand-up paddleboard sale in the country returns to the Adirondacks! More than 1,000 boats and paddleboards will be on sale, along with extra savings on accessories and outdoor gear.
3. 17th Annual Ausable River Two-Fly Challenge
Friday, May 20 & Saturday, May 21
Wilmington
The Ausable River Two-Fly Challenge is a two-day tournament in which anglers can only bring two barb-less hook flies to fish with. The catch is that if you lose or can’t use your flies, then you are out of the competition.
4. North Country Arts’ Sixth Annual “Youth Visions” Juried High School Art Exhibit
Thursday, May 19 – Sunday, May 29
Chestertown
The Sixth Annual “Youth Visions” Exhibit will feature the work of 109 young artists from 6 school districts. Visitors can vote for their favorite, and the winner will receive the People’s Choice award.
5. New York/Vermont Champlain Bridge Run 5K
Saturday, May 21
Crown Point
Bring the whole family and enjoy a scenic 5K cross-country race that passes by the Champlain Bridge. A family rate is available for children with a parent, and the current registration fee is $25.
6. Pop & Flo National Duals Wrestling “Miracle on the Mat”
Saturday, May 21 & Sunday, May 22
Lake Placid
Check out one of the premier national wrestling tournaments in the country at the Lake Placid Olympic Center. The “Miracle on the Mat” event will feature 32 high school teams in a two-day competition.
