1. “Conservation Through the Lives of Adirondack Loons” Art Show

Blue Mountain Lake
A new art show about loons opens at the Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts on June 23 and runs until July 23. The iconic bird is depicted by award winning artists, woodcarvers, and photographers.
2. Kiwanis Old Forge Paddle Classic

Old Forge
Participants in the Old Forge Paddle Classic can choose between a 6 mile race and a 12 mile race. Race day registration begins at 7:30AM at the Hemmer Cottage in Old Forge, and both races start at 9:30AM.
3. Tupper Lake Tinman Triathlon

Tupper Lake
The Tinman Triathlon is one of the country’s longest-tenured swim, bike, and running races. Athletes and spectators from all over flock to Tupper Lake to compete or watch the exciting race.
4. Michael J. Cerroni Memorial 5K Run/Walk
Sunday, June 26
Black River
Runners and walkers are welcome to take part in the 6th annual 5K event, which raises money for the Michael J. Cerroni Memorial Scholarship. Online registration is $25, and race day registration is $30.

Long Lake
Learn how to quilt from 10 award winning instructors at the Adirondack Quilt Camp. 20 classes and workshops will be held over four days at Long Lake Central School, and people of all ages and skill levels are welcome to sign up.
