Made in the Adirondacks Fair – Saturday, July 22
Adirondack Experience, previously known as the Adirondack Museum in Blue Mountain Lake, will host their Made in the Adirondacks Fair this Saturday from 10:00am-5:00pm. All museum visitors will have access to the fair, which will be spread out across the museum’s campus. Some of the products you’ll find include traditional and contemporary Adirondack crafts, food, and more.
69th Annual Clinton County Fair- Today Through Sunday, July 23
Don’t miss out on the 69th annual Clinton County Fair at the Clinton County Fairgrounds in Plattsburgh! This multi-day fair will feature food, games, livestock, live music, rides, and more. Admission prices and special events vary each day, so be sure to check out the schedule ahead of time.
Art Festival at the VIC – Saturday, July 22
Enjoy a fun and imaginative day at Paul Smith’s College VIC this Saturday from 11:00am-3:00pm. This inaugural Art Festival will include a variety of family-friendly programs and events (both workshops and self-guided activities), as well as live music and Adirondack cuisine. Admission to the festival is free.
43rd Annual Antiques and Vintage Show & Sale – Saturday, July 22 & Sunday, July 23
Ready to hunt for some hidden treasures? Head over to the George T. Hiltebrant Recreation Center in Old Forge this weekend for theĀ 43rd Annual Antiques and Vintage Show & Sale! Over 50 unique antique dealers and vendors will be showcasing their eclectic range of products, such as books, Adirondack camp decor, sporting goods, and more. Admission is $6pp to attend both days of the show.

4th Annual Feeling Long Lakey Kids Day – Friday, July 21
This Friday, the Town of Long Lake will host their annual Feeling Long Lakey Kids Day at the local ball field. This free kids’ event will feature tons of entertainment, a large bounce house, games, music, activities, and some surprises too. Events and activities kick off at noon!
Ticonderoga Farmers’ Market Grand Opening – Saturday, July 22
The farmers’ market in Ticondeorga will finally open for this summer starting Saturday morning at 10:00am. Swing by for the Grand Opening celebration featuring live music, a Kid’s Zone, and of course, a wide selection of locally-produced food and goods.
Port Henry’s Champ Day – Sunday, July 23
Join Port Henry for their popular celebration known as Champ Day! The whole family can enjoy activities at the Port Henry Beach, the DEC Boat Launch, and the Port Henry Marina. Highlights include games for kids, craft and product vendors, a classic boat show, live music, sailboat races, and more.
IRONMAN Lake Placid – Sunday, July 23
IRONMAN Lake Placid is the longest-running American event of its kind, and this year, the three-part challenge is scheduled for July 23. The unique course includes a 2.4-mile swim in Mirror Lake, a 112-mile bike ride in the Adirondacks, and a 26.2-mile run around the Lake Placid area. There are plenty of places to watch the competitors, so stop by this Sunday!

Caroga Lake Music Festival – Today Through Sunday, August 20
Created in 2012, the Caroga Lake Music Festival is a multi-week summer music festival that runs from July through most of August. For this year’s event, over 65 professional musicians from around the world will be showcased. Many of the concerts are free to attend, and a vast majority take place in and around Caroga Lake, NY (some will be held outside the Adirondacks).
Lake Placid Sinfonietta- Friday, July 21
The acclaimed Lake Placid Sinfonietta will perform a concert at the Tannery Pond Community Center in North Creek this Friday from 7:00pm-9:30pm. The Sinfonietta is a professional chamber orchestra featuring talented musicians from around the country. Tickets are just $15pp to attend this classical music event.
Adirondack Shakespeare Company: Thor – Saturday, July 22
Plan a trip to the Scaroon Manor Amphitheater in Pottersville for a performance of Thor by the Adirondack Shakespeare Company this Saturday. This original production was created for children but can be enjoyed by both the young and the young at heart. Admission is free.
