Prepare for a weekend of peace, paws, and music at the annual Adirondack Woof Stock in Chestertown. The festive and dog-friendly event will be held at the Chestertown Town Hall and feature live music, activities, a doggie fun zone, pet groomers and specialty foods, police canine demonstrations, and more.
Support the American Cancer Society this weekend by participating in the Bark for Life of Tri-Lakes event at the North Elba Showgrounds in Lake Placid. This fun-filled day will begin with a dog-friendly walk and then continue with demonstrations, contests, games, a vendor and craft show, and more.

This weekend, the Paul Smith’s College VIC will once again host the annual Great Adirondack Birding Celebration! This premier birding festival will include day-long birding workshops, a family-friendly bird festival, an artisan market, craft activities, and more. Registration is required for some events.
Drive over to Martin’s Lumber in Warrensburg on Saturday for a fun and informative Woods Walk & Artisan Market event. The guided woods walks will teach visitors about sustainability and the medicinal value of plants. There will also be multiple demonstrations and products to purchase.

Ride your motorcycle to the annual Warrensburg Bike Rally, which will kick off this Friday! This 10-day, free admission bike rally will feature plenty of motorcycle vendors, food, and entertainment for visitors.

Two exciting events will be happening at Whiteface Mountain this weekend! On Friday, an uphill bike race will take place on the Whiteface Mountain Veterans Memorial Highway. Then, on Saturday, the Whiteface MTB will bring bicyclists along rugged backcountry roads, smooth singletracks, and more.
Want to get out on the water? Visit Tupper Lake this Saturday for the annual Tupper Lake 8-Miler, which will bring paddlers from the Town of Tupper Lake Boat Launch to the Route 30 Bridge, up the Raquette River, and then back to the starting area.
From 9:00am-3:00pm on Saturday, the Long Lake Youth Fishing Contest will be held at Jennings Park Pond. This is a great event for kids who love fishing and the outdoors. Prizes will be awarded!
