This weekend is packed with exciting festivals, fairs, and events. Celebrate the beginning of fall at one of (or all of!) these fun autumn activities.
Check out The Great Adirondack Moose Festival, held yearly in September in Indian Lake! The festival is held over two days and is jam-packed special events, including a moose calling contest, old fashioned turkey shoot, and kid-friendly activities such as the ever-popular “Count the Moose Scat” contest.
See these beautiful hot air balloons take to the skies during this free, annual festival. Food, drinks, live music, and more will be available at the launch grounds in the Queensbury/Glens Falls area.
Fall is here! Enjoy various themed activities and events in Ticonderoga, including a farmers market, live music, a beer garden, fireworks, and more.
This is the first time this one-day festival has been held since 2019. The festival takes place at the Essex County Fairgrounds and features farm talks, food trucks, music, a beer tent, an artisan and farmers market, and more.
Celebrate pugs and pumpkins at this fun event! Attendees will have the opportunity to compete in ten different contests. This year’s theme is The Wonder of Warlocks, Witches and Wizards Part II, so dress up your dog (pug or not!) in a funny costume and enjoy the afternoon!
