We took a trip up from Lake George - to go to the Wild Center in Tupper Lake with our kids who were 5,7 and 9 at the time, the Wild Center was great - it is a MUST SEE. Then we swung over to Lake Placid to show our kids the olympic venues, we stayed at the Courtyard Marriot which is a beautiful hotel - we loved the indoor hot tub, waterfall and pool and the kids loved drawing pictures on the suede bench when you walk in. Boy is the staff patient!
