The Adirondacks offers adventure throughout all of fall. What better time to get a little fresh air? The weather has turned cooler and the views at the top are rewarding! Whether you are hiking or biking your way, it will be worth the effort once you reach the top.Mountain Biking

Adirondack Hiking

The adirondacks offer premier hiking areas. During the fall months we suggest the following trails:

Adirondack Biking

Some of the trails listed above can be biked, but for a true bike trail, ride the Warren County Bike Trail from Lake George to Glens Falls, or the Feeder Canal trail from Glens Falls to Fort Edward. If you are up to it pedal the whole way! Check out more trails and several helpful hints.

The Views, Without as Much Effort

Want the scenery, but feeling tuckered out? Sit down and relax on a Gondola ride up Gore Mountain in North Creek or Whiteface in Lake Placid. This is a great alternative for young children, the out-of-shape, and anyone else who cannot make an exhausting hike or bike.
