Wevertown, NY is a beautiful hamlet in the
Adirondack Mountains near
Johnsburg in the northwest corner of
Warren County New York. Wevertown was founded by John Wever and his wife, Marcey who operated a sawmill. Wevertown was originally a tannery that opened in 1833.
