The Pat Stratton Ride
The 20th Annual Stratton Ride is a fundraiser for youth programs of the Saranac Lake Kiwanis Club. Best ride in the Adirondacks!
About the Stratton Ride
Named after local plumber and cycling enthusiast, the Pat Stratton Ride is a road cycling tour featuring some of the most stunning scenery and terrain in the northern Adirondacks. At least that part of the event hasn’t changed, and while unfortunately we can’t get together to enjoy the after-ride BBQ and pies, you can still support a great cause and enjoy a nice ride through the Adirondacks, or wherever you like to ride. And there is one other important thing about the ride that hasn’t changed. Your registration supports a wide variety of youth programs, including an annual bicycle rodeo, free helmet distribution and fitting, school back-pack program, support for foster children, summer camp scholarships, and much, much more...
2020 Ride Details
All three routes (28, 56 & 100 miles) will be marked by the morning of August 28th and you can ride them anytime throughout the weekend or you can ride in honor of Pat Stratton (or your favorite bicycling advocate) anywhere you like to ride. All routes are self-supported and will not have rest stops. Route maps are available at Ride with GPS.
Share your experience on the Stratton Ride Event Page on Facebook or on Instagram using the tags #BikeADK and #StrattonRide. Prizes will be awarded to the best photos/video.
For your registration you will receive by mail one of our awesome moisture-wicking shirts, a collectors item that's been redesigned for the 20th Anniversary event.
100% of the event net proceeds will continue to support the Saranac Lake Kiwanis Club's efforts to grow youth programs in Saranac Lake and surrounding areas
Registration is open at bikeadirondacks.com
