I had one of the worst experiences of my life here. I was at a dance competition from 6/26-6/30/23 here and my purse got stolen! Apparently there were multiple thefts all week! If an organization is paying to rent your venue you should be providing security! There was some vagrant that wasn't all there on a bike rifling through the garbage, roaming the hallways, saying off the wall things to people that had to be told by people attending the event to leave multiple times on multiple days. Pretty sure that's who was stealing everything! Disgraceful! You should be sued for everything people lost this week.

I have attended many venues in my life. Without a doubt what I experienced last night at the civic center Was terrible. The seats were extremely Small with Barely any room 4 one's legs. The air conditioner wasn't working on one of the hottest nights we've had so far. Once in your seat you couldn't move. These seats are made for children not adults. It was one of the best nights of my life, and the worst. Will I ever attend another venue there absolutely not. Obviously this place was built only to get as many people in as you could but not at all for comfort. It's 2023 not 1979. Someone who cares needs to revamp this place. Have the people in charge ever sat in these seats for a couple of hours ? I rest my case.
