Cranberry-Raspberry Jello Dessert


  • Two 3 oz. packages of Raspberry Jello
  • 1 3/4 cups boiling water
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • One 20 oz. can of undrained, crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • Sour cream or plain yogurt sweetened with sugar


  1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
  2. Add cranberry sauce and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add pineapple and nuts and stir to mix.
  4. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  5. Top with sweetened sour cream or yogurt.
