Cranberry-Raspberry Jello Dessert
- Two 3 oz. packages of Raspberry Jello
- 1 3/4 cups boiling water
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- One 20 oz. can of undrained, crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Sour cream or plain yogurt sweetened with sugar
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
- Add cranberry sauce and stir until dissolved.
- Add pineapple and nuts and stir to mix.
- Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
- Top with sweetened sour cream or yogurt.
