The Pok-O-MacCready Outdoor Education Center and the Wild Center are happy to announce that January 2013 is our 1st Annual Maple Month! Join us at PMOEC in Willsboro as we host three events that will delve into the craft of maple syrup and sugar production.

This two-day seminar focuses on 18th century material culture and is intended for those interested in learning more about objects of the 18th century and what they tell us about history! Advanced reservations required.

Anyone can learn to make a rustic birdhouse in just a few hours. A birdhouse is a simple structure with seven basic parts: two sides, a front and back, a bottom, and two pieces for the top.

This new program series will highlight the role that sportsmen play in conservation and game management. Hunters and trappers were among our nation's initial preservationists, and they continue to have a strong voice and important contribution as one of the Adirondack Park's major stakeholders.
