Anyone can learn to make a rustic birdhouse in just a few hours. A birdhouse is a simple structure with seven basic parts: two sides, a front and back, a bottom, and two pieces for the top.
Family friendly easy hike or snowshoe (depending on the weather) through Amy's Park to see the frozen beaver pond and look for signs of wildlife along the way.

This new program series will highlight the role that sportsmen play in conservation and game management. Hunters and trappers were among our nation's initial preservationists, and they continue to have a strong voice and important contribution as one of the Adirondack Park's major stakeholders.
