Country Music Star Lucas Hoge LIVE

Country Music Star Lucas Hoge LIVE (1)
When: Today - 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Cost: $15-$25

The Strand Center for the Arts is thrilled to announce a live performance by country music star Lucas Hoge, at the Strand Center Theatre on Friday, October 20, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.; this concert is suitable for all ages.

Hoge’s album “Dirty South” reached the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Country Album Sales chart during its debut week in April 2017; and Rolling Stone listed him in the TOP 10 Artists You Need To Know 2017. He has written songs for numerous TV shows including “Smallville” and a 13-episode series for HBO.

Whether he’s delivering a breezy summer anthem like “Flip Flops,” the poignant ballad “Who’s Gonna Be There,” (a song penned for a hometown friend who died much too young), or his latest single "Dirty South" with its swampy Southern groove, Hoge engages listeners with his warm, evocative vocals and emotional authenticity.

“I love performing live and I like telling stories,” Hoge, a Nebraska native, says. “I want people to feel like they are sitting in my living room watching us play and that they are a part of the show. I want the audience to feel like I’m talking straight to them.”

This not-to-be-missed show will be at the Strand Center Theatre at 25 Brinkerhoff Street in Plattsburgh on October 20, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $15-$25. The Strand Center for the Arts’ member discount applies.
