Adirondack Riverwalking & Forest Bathing is available to guide individuals, couples and small groups of up to 8 people from December 1st, 2021 to March 31, 2022 in the Saranac Lake and Lake Placid areas. Winter Forest Bathing is suitable for children 8 and up. Rates for each two-hour trip start at $200 for up to four people. Additional participants are $35 per person. Snowshoes are included.
