Sensory Snowshoeing, a winter version of Forest Bathing, is a wellness practice with more than 35 years of science to support its health benefits. Sign Up for A Trip

Adirondack Riverwalking is available to guide individuals, couples and small groups of up to 8 people in the Saranac Lake and Lake Placid areas. Sensory Snowshoeing is suitable for children 7 and up. Rates for each 2.5 hour trip start at $200 for up to four people. This includes your snowshoes, as well as time to gear up and learn to use your snowshoes, if it's your first time.
