This natural waterfall was enhanced by a concrete culvert that was built at the outlet of Garnet Lake.
From I-87, take exit 23 and turn west to head toward US 9. Take a right and travel 0.8 miles on Route 9, then turn left on NY 418.
418 eventually becomes CR2, and you should take a left and a quick right after CR2 ends at a T.
Travel 3 miles on Athol Road/CR13, then bear left on the Valley Road/CR36. Take Garnet Lake Rd. S on your left, which will turn into Garnet Lake Rd. N.
Cross a bridge over Mill Creek, then bear left with the Garnet Lake Road. After 0.6 miles, you'll see the waterfall on your right.
