You can find Rockwell Falls just upstream from where the Hudson and Sacandaga Rivers meet in Lake Luzerne.
During times of low water, the falls is shaped like a horseshoe, but when the flow is strong, the horseshoe shape isn't visible.
To view the falls, park on the side of County Route 4 (Bridge Street/Rockwell Street). Looking upstream from the bridge, you can see the falls, and looking downstream, you can see the meeting point of the two rivers.
