Dates: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — July 3–5, 2026

Location: Ski Bowl Park (and other local venues)

Note: The celebration will be held rain or shine, but some activities are subject to change due to the weather.
Friday, July 3rd: America 250 Weekend Kickoff

4:00 PM to Dark: Live music, food vendors, face painting, and a balloon artist.

American Legion Chicken BBQ Fundraiser: $15 each (while supplies last).

Free Ice Cream Sundaes!

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Patriotic music performed by Johnsburg Central Students, followed by a historical reenactment by Gem Radio Theatre.

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Live music by Michelle & Tyler.

9:20 PM: Patriotic Fireworks Show

10:00 PM: After-fireworks Party with Finger Diddle.
Saturday, July 4th: Independence Day Events

10:00 AM: Red, White & Blue Run for Freedom – Color run & walk at Ski Bowl Park.

Registration fee is $10 (participants receive a commemorative medal & lunch).

11:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Cookout & DJ at The Station.

12:00 PM: Cornhole Tournament at The Station.

Entry fee is $20 per team (trophies and prizes awarded).

2:00 PM: Screening of the film 1776 and a talk with Glenn Pearsall at the Tannery Pond Center.
Sunday, July 5th: Parade & Family Fun Day

2:00 PM: Patriotic Parade down Main Street, marching from the North Creek Firehouse to Ski Bowl Park.

2:30 PM to Dark: Live music, food and craft vendors, raffles, bounce houses, kids' games, pie eating & throwing contests, pony rides, a live reptile display, a strolling magician, and face painting.
