About this event

The event features a 10K and half marathon race in October, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and foliage. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, Lake Placid Classic has something for everyone. Every runner gets a race shirt. Every runner who crosses the finish line gets a medal.

This race supports local youth and wellness programming.

This year's food vendor is Love Peace & Grilled Cheese.

Schedule:

7:30 a.m. | Stretching & Warm-Up.
8:00 a.m. | Race begins for all age groups and disciplines.
Noon | Course closes to all participants. You are encouraged to finish, however aid stations will be limited as will finish line amenities.
