About this event
The Adirondack region inspires artists with its natural beauty, including mountains, lakes, forests, and small communities. Each August, the Saranac Lake Plein Air Festival brings 40 juried artists from across the country to paint outdoors throughout the area. Visitors can watch the creative process, explore painting locations, and attend the final show and sale to purchase artwork inspired by the Adirondacks.
