The Log House Restaurant at Garnet Hill Lodge has three specials available for Valentine's Day in addition to their regular menu: Veal & Shrimp Francaise, Shrimp & Scallops Fra Viavolo, and 14oz Prime Rib Au Jus.
KANU at The Whiteface Lodge
Priced at $350 per couple, this 2026 Valentine’s Day prix fixe experience at KANU includes a bottle of Champagne and a sophisticated four-course meal featuring high-end ingredients like caviar, shaved black truffle, and Maine lobster.
The menu highlights seasonal, refined flavors through diverse starters such as warm burrata and beet carpaccio, followed by elegant entrées like butter-basted filet mignon and a rack of lamb designed for sharing.
To round out the evening, guests can choose from an array of indulgent desserts, ranging from a warm chocolate fondant to a local artisan cheese selection served with honeycomb and fig jam.

The Lodge on Schroon Lake's Brown Swan Restaurant is offering at three-course meal for two this February 14, that begins with crab stuffed mushrooms. First course choices are Lobster Bisque or Arugula Salad; second course options are Chicken Roulade, Land & Sea, Potato Crusted Salmon, or Vegan Scallops; and you finish off with a Strawberry Tart or Chocolate Raspberry Mousse.
Pleasant Valley Cafe
The Pleasant Valley Cafe in Elizabethtown is offering a four-course menu at $60 per person (tax and tip included) with a Spinach Salad, Sauteed Shrimp Risotto, a Prime Rib with Au Poivre sauce, and the meal finishes off with a Warm Brownie Pudding With Bourbon Sauce.
Salt of the Earth Bistro
Salt of the Earth Bistro in Lake Placid is serving up a special four-course menu for Valentine's Day that's $125 per person. The main course choices are Pan-Seared Magret Duck Breast, Pan-Seared Sea Scallops, Grilled NY Strip Steak, or Potato Gnocchi.
Adirondack Hotel on Long Lake
The Adirondack Hotel on Long Lake is offering a Valentine's menu with main course options of Rack of Lamb, Grilled Swordfish, Braised Short Rib, Tuscan Pappardelle, or Chicken Roulade.
Note, Paper & Pencil in Ticonderoga is also offering a Valentine's Day special, but reservations had to be made by November 9.
