Westport Holiday Festival

About this event

The town of Westport hosts a day long holiday festival on Saturday, December 3 beginning at 8:00 am with the Boy Scouts' Tree and Wreath Sale at the Heritage House. There will also be a bottle drive and bake sale held there. JAMB's will offer a Get Warm Beverage from 9:00 until noon and again from 2:00 until 3:30 pm. The Westport Federated Church will serve breakfast and lunch from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm. Mail your letter to Santa at the Westport Library and and listen to Christmas stories while enjoying refreshments there from 12:30 until 1:30 pm. Join CATS in a hike on the Lee Park Nature Trail and decorate some cookies at the Bradamant Office from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm. Also from 10 until 1:00 get a temporary tattoo with Carolyn at the Ledge Hill Studio Downtown and participate at the Memory Tree on the Library Lawn. Hot dogs with Ike will be served from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.  The 7th Annual Santa Parade sponsored by the Westport Volunteer Fire Department will run from Wadhams to Westport Library Lawn and begin at 5:00 pm.  At 7:00 pm enjoy a play reading sponsored by the Depot Theatre and held at the Heritage House.    

Throughout the day, beginning at 9:00 am specials and discounts will be found at Bessboro Gift Shop, Ledge Hill Studio Downtown and the Westport Marina Shipstore and Boutique until 5:00 pm.
